Orders
We don't have a warehouse full of canvases waiting to be sold. Each is created as an individual, and each is unique. So once we recieve your order and payment, it will take 7-14 days to create, we will then post your canvas out to you. So it may take up to 3 weeks for your canvas to arrive, if there are however any delays we will contact you via E-mail.
Returns
We aim to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase from Jules Canvas Art. However if for any reason this is not the case please contact us within 7 days after recieveing your Canvas, stating your reason for not being happy with the canvas and we will work with you to solve the problem. If you are then still unhappy and want to return the canvas it must be securely packaged and in original condition.
We do ensure that canvases are securely packaged when they are posted to you, but we are unable to accept any responsibility for the items that are damaged in the post.
Privacy
When shopping and looking around the Jules Canvas Art website we want you to feel secure and want you to come back and visit again, therefore we do not give out any of your details to other companies or persons and any information you provide is solely for the use of us here at Jules Canvas Art and to help us make our site and products better.
